Hello, We recently purchased a pair of your green underwater laser pointers for use in our research. We needed a way to determine the scale of images on our underwater camera, and mounted the lasers on the camera frame for that purpose. As the packaging for the lasers states that they are waterproof down to 300 feet and the lower bound of their operating temperature range is 15º C, we were somewhat apprehensive about their success. Our research required the lasers to work for extended periods at depths of 350 feet or more in the Gulf of Maine's cold water, but we're happy to report the lasers performed perfectly. The lasers spent up to two and a half hours at a time at depths up to 370 feet and temperatures averaging 7º C, and gave strong beams that were clearly visible on the video images. In short, your lasers were stellar, delivering all we could ask for and more. We've already recommended them to others who need lasers for similar applications. Thank you very much! Your lasers have been an indispensable part of our work this summer.

I wanted to respond much earlier to this ... now our conference here in Montreal is almost finished, today is the last day of activities. We found all items here at the hotel in perfect shape, everything went fine with this. The wireless/remote presenter with laser pointer was given as an executive gift to some selected persons (e.g. our keynote speakers) and was appreciated very very much. Also the travel mug and picture frame with LCN logo imprint was highly appreciated by our attendees. The imprint quality is perfect to our point of view.
Interesting to me was the fact that the selection of the attendee item (either one mug *or* one picture frame - we had 92 mugs and 110 frames, as you remember) went almost evenly, the picture frames just only were all handed out today in the morning (I actually had expected that the mugs had gone out first ...).
You see, in total everything went fine and we are very satisfied. Further, I have to mention that dealing on the issue with you beforehand was very smooth and comfortable, in particular considering the short time that we had before the conference after contacting you first.

I received my penlight today. I cannot believe how quickly you folks process an order! I will recommend you to all my co-workers. (I work in post-production film, so we're always in a dark transfer suite or theater when making notes. I'll bet everyone will ask me about this pen!) Might I recommend I higher quality (Higher priced) version? Even though I don't expect problems, some people may be put off by the Made In Taiwan label. (I'm not) Also, a solid chrome / gold version with a lighted nib...I'd buy five of them tomorrow if available. Many thanks for the great service and what looks to be a quality product. It's fairly inexpensive, so one can't complain.
