Recent study conducted by university researchers establishes that the use of laser light visual cues that help to signal or initiate walking is an effective strategy for managing Freezing of gait and reducing falls in patients with Parkinson's disease.

This device is a mounted red laser which emits two crossed red lines on the floor to serve as a visual cue for patients with stride reduction and freezing of gait due to Parkinson’s disease.

This laser device can be attached to any cane or quad stick with a mounted bracket.
A membrane keyboard switch that you can attach to the cane handle, activate momentarily the laser by a simple touch of your finger. It will turn off the laser when released.

The Mounted Laser light permits adjustments of the laser projection on the walking surface, individualizing the trajectory of the visual-cue to the patient. It is powered by two AA alkaline batteries (enclosed)
