1- Finding a product:
 
You can search for products by clicking our "product categories" at the TOP of each page. You may also click on the link "Product List" at the top of each page, to have access to our detailed list of items. In our catalogue pages, you will find photos for each item with a short description and prices. To view a close up and full description of the product, click on the photo.
 
 
2- Currencies:
 
All the prices are by default in American Dollard. You can change the items price to Canadian dollard, European currency or Pounds Sterling by clicking on the icon of your choice. We will process the transaction in your currency.
 
 
3- Pricing:
 
We can offer lower prices online because we do not incur the high costs associated with operating retail stores. All of these savings are passed on to you.
 
 
4- Shopping Cart:
 
In any of our catalogue pages, you will see a button "Add to Cart" in front of each item.
To add items to your Shopping Cart
- Enter the quantity "(Qty)"
- Select the power option "(if power option exists)"
- Click "Add to Cart" to add the product to your shopping cart.

You will see the shopping cart page with a full description of the items including prices. Please select a destination from the list of countries in the menu. The cost of delivery by regular mail will appear and added to the price of the ordered products.

For some countries we offer the option of express delivery. To calculate the cost of this service, click on the option '' Express'' If your shipping destination is Canada, please indicate your province to calculate the sales taxes.

The Shopping Cart holds everything you have decided to order and you can order as many items as you like. You can view the products you have added to your cart simply by clicking on "Shopping Cart" at the TOP of every page.

To remove an item from your shopping cart, click on the link "remove". To clear all the items from your shopping cart, click on the "Empty Cart" button.
 
 
5- Shipping costs and delivery time:
 
We ship all our products by Air Mail. The shipping cost varies depending on the weight of the items and the country of destination. When you add items to your shopping cart, it will calculate the exact shipping charges for your order. You will find below an approximate shipping charges.

For priority or overnight delivery by FEDEX, Please ask for prices. You can use the comments box in our order form. We will notify you by e-mail before processing your order.

NOTE: Upon delivery, in certain countries, you may be asked for customs duties or sales tax on the amount of the products you ordered. These charges vary from country to country and are beyond our control. We suggest you check with your country's customs authorities before importing any products.
 
 
6- Warranty:
 

The manufacturer warrants its products to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one year. Modules have a warranty of 3 months only.

This warranty (excluding batteries and refill) is solely limited to the repair and replacement of original parts that are defective in workmanship or materials.

No warranty coverage for disassembly, modifications or damage due to abuse or misapplications.
 
 
7- Returns Policy:
 
We are convinced these items will meet your absolute satisfaction. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority and we want you to be 100% satisfied. That is why all of our items are backed by our 30-day money back guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied, just return the item undamaged, for a full refund minus the shipping charges.

You will see a list of the items you have selected including items price and shipping fees.

You will be asked to provide you email, shipping address and payment information.

-Enter your name and address.

-Select your credit card and enter the number, expiration date and the cardholder's name.
